Let’s get rolling with Chef Leah! It is always a party at the school when she is teaching. This class that shows you the ins and outs of throwing your own sushi party! Creating your own sushi rolls does not have to be intimidating. The class will demonstrate the different ways to roll sushi, as well as pairing the rolls with sauces and side dishes. Chef Leah’s vision for all of her classes is to combine techniques with knowledge, fun and creativity! Each attendee will receive their own rolling mat with this class. The meal will be served with a glass of sake.

Dessert - Mango Sticky Rice
