GENERAL POLICIES, CANCELLATIONS, AND WAIVERS

If you need to cancel your registration outside of 7 days of the class, we are happy to issue a full refund. Notify us of your cancellation via email. If you need to cancel within 7 days, a class credit will be issued. If you have to cancel within 48 hours of the class, unfortunately no class credit will be issued, as we will have purchased food and contracted staff accordingly, however you are welcome to send someone in your place. We thank you for your understanding.

Should we unfortunately need to cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, a full refund will be offered, as well as the opportunity to switch to a different class or carry a class credit if preferred.

In the event of inclement weather, if we feel that our staff and students cannot get to and from the school safely, we will cancel the class notifying you via email, and offer a full refund, class credit or arrange a rescheduled date. Please use a current working email address in your registration to ensure efficient communication if and when needed.

Please inform us of any allergies and dietary restrictions in the Additional Info section on the registration page. Please alert your chef to any severe allergies on arrival. We strive to accommodate any requirements you may have, and, where possible, we will swap out ingredients for you, however this is not a guarantee and there may be certain dishes that you cannot eat. We are happy to offer you options and ideas on how to adapt the recipes when you reproduce them.

We welcome children aged 11 and above in our classes if accompanied by an enrolled adult. Once they have taken their first class with us and proved themselves to be responsible in the kitchen, they can then attend by themselves. Young cooks aged 15 and over are welcomed to any of our classes unaccompanied.

Please fill out the Young Chefs Classes Waiver and bring it when you come in.
