Cooking without recipes is a fun and creative experience! Join Chef Dan for a new series based on techniques and instinct! Each week Chef Dan will cover a different type of cuisine while encouraging you to let your imagination run wild. Class recipients will receive a list of produce and proteins for each class and then will be encouraged to cook along with Chef Dan creating your own delicious dishes! Please note this class will be in the meeting format of zoom rather than webinar allowing students to interact with each other and Chef Dan. Due to this, attendees of the class will receive the video, the videos will not be a part of the Cooking on Demand library. This class is available to take as a single class or as a set.
