Learn your way around the Italian kitchen in this two day workshop hosted by Chef Donna.  Learn the secrets behind great sauces and handmade pasta.  This class will cover a variety of techniques including knife skills, emulsification, sauce making, and roasting. This class will give you the skills to build a beautiful Italian dinner at home.  

Menu Day 1: 

  • Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta

  • Shrimp Scampi on Angel Hair Cakes

  • Handmade Fettucine Alfredo

  • Chicken Parmigiana with Broccolini

Menu Day 2:

  • Shrimp, Basil & Tomato Bruschetta

  • Minestrone Al Pesto

  • Classic Caesar

  • Potato Gnocchi with Roast Pepper Sauce

  • Beef Braciole

  • Chocolate Almond Filled Cookies
