In this class, we have those three square meals a day covered-whatever the hour!  Join Chef Aarika as they lead a three-day workshop taking you through meal ideas for the entire day!  This class will host a variety of techniques and meal planning ideas.   

Menu Day 1: Dinner

  • Mediterranean Shrimp Beggars Purses Wrapped in Phyllo

  • Roasted Cream of Tomato and Red Pepper Soup with Parmesan Chips

  • Grilled Romaine Hearts with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Apple Smoked Bacon Crisps, Corn and Grilled Tomatoes

Menu Day 2: Lunch - Meals In-or-Out!

  • Make Your Own Mac’ N’ Cheese Bar with Three Cheese Sauce and Assorted Toppings

  • Southwestern Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

  • Gourmet Grilled Ham and Cheese with House Smoked Pork Loin, Gruyere and Fig Jam

Menu Day 3: Breakfast

  • Beat Up the Bully Breakfast
