The Scandinavian Smorgasbord is a thing of beauty: a long table filled with cured seafood, robust meats, pickled vegetables, and hearty potatoes! Chef Aarika demonstrates that great food does not need to be complicated. The simple Northern Swedish approach is very much a “meat, fat and potatoes with salt” type of cooking. This is Nordic food at its finest!

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable. All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
