The Seasoned Chef is proud to welcome the Executive Chef of the San Diego Yacht Club, Chef Darren Denny to our world of online cooking classes! Chef Darren “The Surfin Chef” will host his classes from sunny California! Watch or cook along with Chef Darren as he leads you through a southwest dishes featuring fun, fresh flavor and of course seafood! This class is designed to be your own hands-on experience and dinner will be ready at the end of class.

Skillet Seared Fresh Albacore with Achiote Lime Basmati Rice, Watermelon Basil Pico de Gallo, and Carrot Jicama Salad
All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable. All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
