Grab a bottle of Loire Valley red wine and watch or cook along with Chef Andy in this workshop that brings the French bistro scene to your kitchen! Chef Andy will teach you the secrets behind delicious crepes and a creamy bearnaise sauce! Chef Andy will provide wine instruction for regional wines as well. This class is designed to be your own hands-on experience and dinner will be ready at the end of the class.

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable. All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
