Gather your family together for an online workshop in the fundamentals of knife work- slice, dince, mince and julienne! It is never too early to learn this important skill! This class is designed to create your own hands-on experience and your “brinner”will be ready at the end of class!

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable. All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
