For two years running, many health experts have proclaimed the Mediterranean Diet as the best approach to healthy food. We have honored that with sold out classes and now we want to focus on a seafood centric menu as many love to eat it, yet find it challenging to cook for even the best home cook.

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable. All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
