ONLINE CLASS: French Classics - Let's Get Saucy!

Vive la France! Join avid world traveler Chef Andy for an evening of rich and sweeping flavors! This delicious menu highlights how a special sauce will elevate your dishes to the next level. This is a meal you won’t forget! This class is designed to create your own hands-on experience and dinner will be ready at the end of class!

Menu: 

  • Fletan Sauce Gribiche (Pan-Fried Halibut with a Tomato Herb Sauce)

  • Feuillete d’Asperges (Asparagus in Puff Pastry with Hollandaise)

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
