Join Chef Tlanezi for this brand new workshop creating this technically complex, but highly rewarding project: laminated dough. On Friday evening, you will learn how to make laminated doughs, infuse flavored butters and make fillings. On Saturday morning, you will learn how to form the doughs, bake biscuits, churn butters, and poach eggs before sitting down to a delicious brunch with a mimosa bar!
