Christmas dinner should be a big deal! Join Chef Dan for a workshop displaying favorite entree recipes that will be the centerpiece of your Christmas dinner! He will also share secrets to selecting wines to pair with your main dish! This class will cover the proper determination of ideal cooking times and temperatures, plus proper carving techniques. Tis the season for delicious food and drinks!
