In this class, we have those three square meals a day covered-whatever the hour!  Join Chefs Dan, Aarika, and Tony  as they lead a three-day workshop taking you through meal ideas for the entire day!  This class will host a variety of techniques and meal planning ideas.   

Menu:

Day 1: Dinner (Chef Dan)

  • Mediterranean Shrimp Beggars Purses Wrapped in Phyllo

Day 2: Lunch - Meals In-or-Out! (Chef Aarika)

  • Southwestern Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

  • Gourmet Grilled Ham and Cheese with House Smoked Pork Loin, Gruyere and Fig Jam

Day 3: Breakfast (Chef Tony)
