Join Chef Dan and Chef Tlanezi for this two-day workshop focusing on the Basic Skills that will last a lifetime! On Day 1 Chef Dan will introduce you to the fundamentals of cooking including knife skills, emulsification, sautéing, roasting and more. Chef Tlanezi on Day 2 introduces the basics of proper measurement, baking times and altitude adjustments for baking here in the Mile High City!
