Ooh La La! The quintessential French Macaron is a light-as-a-feather, melt-in-the-mouth exquisite bite, that soon you too will be able to recreate in the comfort of your own kitchen! Under the expert instruction of Pastry Chef Tlanezi, we’ll lift the lid on the specific techniques to baking these delicate and delightfully colorful meringue-based confections, which are sure to add a certain sophistication to your baking repertoire! To top off this delicious menu, Chef Tlanezi will be creating martinis to pair with the macarons! This class is timed perfectly before Valentine’s Day!
