We will inject new life into traditional plates, pulling on additional influences and adding some flare. Chef Tony will also discuss pairing Italian wines with your menu.

Soft Polenta with Anchovy, Garlic, Romanesco, and Asiago
Squid Ink Ravioli Filled with Acorn Squash and Goat Cheese
Parmesan Egg Custard with Rosemary Dashi
Sweet Potato and Parsnip Gnocchi

If there is a cocktail or wine pairing listed in the class description of the class, a taster will be included in the cost of the class. After the taster, additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Please note due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol may not be brought to The Seasoned Chef.
