Every croissant and danish begins its life as a thick slab of butter enveloped in flaky pastry! Join Chef Tlanezi for this brand new workshop creating this technically complex, but highly rewarding project: laminated dough. On Friday evening, you will learn how to make laminated doughs, infuse flavored butters, and make fillings. On Saturday morning, you will learn how to form the dough, bake biscuits, churn butter, and poach eggs before sitting down to a delicious brunch with a drink from our mimosa bar!

Bar note: In addition to our Cooking Classes, The Seasoned Chef has a small bar area with a bartender serving up wine, beer, (and for specific classes cocktails) for purchase. If there is a cocktail or wine pairing listed in the class description of the class, a taster will be included in the cost of the class. After the taster, additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Please note due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol may not be brought to The Seasoned Chef.
