ONLINE CLASS: Mediterranean Meals in Minutes
It’s the cuisine of 2020, it’s healthy, delicious, and fast! In this class, we’ll take a trip around the Mediterranean region, with cooking that encourages you to enjoy seasonally fresh, locally grown foods. With wonderful spices and exotic taste combinations, you will find great ideas for everyday dinners. Chef Dan will share his expertise on the well-stocked pantry, basic items you should always have on hand, so that with a quick trip to the market for fresh protein and produce, 10-15 minutes of prep and a short cooking time, you can have a terrific meal on the table in, well, minutes! This class is designed to be a hands-on experience with dinner ready at the end of class.

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
