Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen Season 2 winner Leah Eveleigh will be in the school teaching you how to roll all of your sushi house favorites!  Join Chef Leah as she helps you master the fine art of creating your own sushi rolls and getting creative with your sauces!  She will give you tips on how to select the right fish for your rolls, and other cuisine that will pair well being served alongside.  Attendees will receive their own sushi mat to take home.
