Christmas dinner should be a big deal! Join Chef Jenna and Chef Dan for a workshop displaying favorite entree recipes that will be the centerpiece of your Christmas dinner! Chef Jenna will also share secrets to selecting wines to pair with your main dish! This class will start with a pre-recorded video that will show how to start these meals, then feature the chefs preparing the sauces. Finally, they will show the proper determination of ideal cooking times and temperatures, plus proper carving techniques. Tis the season for delicious food and drinks!
