Join Chef Dan for an evening showcasing beautiful seafood and fantastic flavors.   If you serve one fish dish or the traditional seven, make Christmas Eve a seafood feast your family will not soon forget!

• Salt Cod with Olives and Capers 

• Mussels in Sundried Tomato Broth

• Crab and Eggplant Rolotini

• Stuffed Calamari “Diavolo”

• Fritto Misto with Basil Anchovy Aioli

• Shrimp Salad with White Balsamic Orange Vinaigrette

• Seared Tuna with Lentils and Porcini Sauce

This was an in-person class that was switched to online. You will still receive the full recipe packet however only the dishes in bold will be featured during the live zoom class.

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
