Fluffy and perfectly white buns that are just begging to be filled with great Asian toppings. The bao bun is the traditional vehicle to taste the ever-complicated Peking Duck. Recently however these little buns are being used by chefs to showcase their own great fillings.  Think of them as Asian tacos and you will come up with your own fillings before you know it.  Chef Tlanezi will guide you through making the steamed buns and then have you prepare a series of interesting fillings to show you how versatile these little buns can be.
