Proper usage of your chef knife, the most important tool in the kitchen, is an essential part of all successful cookery! This smaller hands-on class with Chef Dan will focus on professional instruction for all fundamental knife work – slice, dice, mince, and julienne - to enhance your efficiency and elevate all aspects of your culinary skills. Make this the year you learn how to chop like a pro! The class will also feature knife safety, storage, and sharpening, and construction.

  • Thai Chicken Stir Fry with Three Herb Sauce

Bar note: In addition to our Cooking Classes, The Seasoned Chef has a small bar area with a bartender serving up wine, beer, (and for specific classes cocktails) for purchase. If there is a cocktail or wine pairing listed in the class description of the class, a taster will be included in the cost of the class. After the taster, additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Please note due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol may not be brought to The Seasoned Chef.
