• Paella with Chicken, Spanish Chorizo, and Piquillo Peppers

• Barcelona style Pimento Grilled Beef with Spanish Potatoes

• Clams, Mussels, and Shiitakes with Spicy White Wine Broth and Country Bread

• Butter Leaf Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette, Walnuts, and Manchego Cheese

• Spanish Churros with a Rich Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce
