Chris is excited to join Chef Dan, and use his history in the restaurant business, his extensive travel experience, and his advanced-level Master Sommelier experience to showcase California wines and food pairings! This is a can’t miss event!

• Sauvignon Blanc / Pan-Seared Salmon with Sauvignon Blanc Lemon Butter Sauce with Sautéed Snap Peas

• Chardonnay / Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with Chardonnay & Chevre Cream Sauce with Lemon Thyme Scented Spinach and Mushrooms

• Proprietary Red Blend / Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Panang Curry Sauce and Stir-Fried Vegetables

• Cabernet Sauvignon / Sous Vide New York Steak with Cabernet Wild Mushroom Sauce and Roasted Asparagus

Bar note: In addition to our Cooking Classes, The Seasoned Chef has a small bar area with a bartender serving up wine, beer, (and for specific classes cocktails) for purchase. If there is a cocktail or wine pairing listed in the class description of the class, a taster will be included in the cost of the class. After the taster, additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. Please note due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol may not be brought to The Seasoned Chef.
