Recipe for Molten Chocolate Cake
Enjoy this delicious, easy to make chocolate cake!
CHOCOLATE MOLTEN CAKE
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. butter
4 Tbs. granulated sugar
4 eggs
4 Tbs. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
Melt chocolate, sugar, and butter over double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Whisk in eggs and scrape down the bowl. Sprinkle in flour.
Heavily butter and sugar the ramekins before filling.
Bake at 425° for 12-15 min.
The sides of the cake should be firm, while center is jiggly.
