Chef Dan will be instructing on the skills and techniques required to create each of these rich and flavorful menus, which together combine to create a sunny and delicious Italian feast full of dishes that you will be able to reproduce at home. You’ll be learning how to make favorites such as fresh pasta, light fluffy gnocchi and rich soups and sauces, as well as classic Italian entrees and delightful desserts for a sweet finale to these festive Italian menus! Ages 11 and up.
