Join us for an evening tasting wine and cooking accompanying dishes, as we sample a selection of wine and cook some small plates to serve alongside them. Amy Baranoucky, our resident Wine Expert from Mayfair Liquors, will be here with a selection of Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and more, and we’ll discover the different notes, aromas and characteristics in each under her expert tutelage. We’ll then team up to cook some authentic small plates that will complement fully the range of wines we’ve been sampling.
