It’s a feast for all senses as Chef DJ celebrates the season by highlighting this beloved Italian tradition – ‘The Feast of the Seven Fishes’. Originating from southern Italy, its purpose was to bring everyone together on Christmas Eve after a long day of fasting, with every family member bringing a different fish and seafood dish to the table, and the evening culminating in a multi-course dinner. In this hands-on class, you’ll work alongside Chef DJ as he teaches his menu full of simple and elegant, yet approachable dishes and explains the different preparations used so you can recreate your very own celebratory feast this Christmas Eve!
