Calling all dads! It’s the ultimate Father’s Day gift, so sign your dad up, or better still, join him in the class and enjoy some quality time making seriously manly food together! This hands-on workshop offers the ideal way for dad to hone his skills on the grill, and learn how to smoke his own food to impart a truly distinct flavor. The class is designed to expand basic grilling techniques and discover the steps to fool-proof cooking outside, with a seasonal menu which includes delicious entrees in a number of different preparations. We’ll be teaching how to make the ultimate barbeque food, and helping to boost confidence while cooking al-fresco in true style. Kids aged 11 and over are welcome – if accompanied by Dad! Complimentary beers served with lunch.
