Calling all fish and seafood lovers! In this class, Chef Dan will be focusing on the proper techniques of fish cookery and creating a light delicate menu, just right for a Date Night! He will be instructing on the correct methods for smoking, steaming and grilling a number of fish and seafood items to create a flavorful elegant menu at home – with both flair and ease!
