Using beer in your cooking is a surefire way to add a rich and unique flavor to your food, and in this class, Chef Andrew will be experimenting with a number of different preparations, and explaining how to create an innovative menu which showcases the diverse and varied flavors of beer. We’ll be using a range of different beers, then pairing each menu item with a range of brews as we sample a selection of five local Colorado craft beers, specially chosen to complement each dish.
