Since 1993, Chef Dan has been offering one, specific class every month in the kitchen. The class, called “Basic Skills Every Chef Should Know,” is a two day workshop that teaches all the fundamentals you need to know to cook with confidence, make healthier and tastier choices, and save money and time in the kitchen.
