Recipe for Molten Chocolate Cake

Enjoy this delicious, easy to make chocolate cake!

CHOCOLATE MOLTEN CAKE

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. butter
4 Tbs. granulated sugar
4 eggs
4 Tbs. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt

  • Melt chocolate, sugar, and butter over double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Whisk in eggs and scrape down the bowl. Sprinkle in flour.

  • Heavily butter and sugar the ramekins before filling.

  • Bake at 425° for 12-15 min.

  • The sides of the cake should be firm, while center is jiggly.
