In our Young Chef cooking classes and camps, we aim to teach young chefs the importance of fresh ingredients, basic cooking techniques and fundamental skills that can help them gain confidence in the kitchen, and get excited about making good food!
Our seasoned instructors have many years of teaching experience between them and offer solid tuition in our fully-stocked kitchen, with the emphasis on hands-on participation and involvement in a fun and informal workshop environment. We offer a range of different classes throughout the year, and a series of one and two-day classes in the summer months, with prices ranging from $59-$149 per student. Young Chef kids cooking classes are designed for children and teens aged 11 and up, and are scheduled for certain Saturday mornings during the year, with morning summer classes offered during the week from June to August.

Any young chef that has taken one of Chef Dan’s cooking classes, and been instructed on knife safety and kitchen etiquette, is eligible to come to any of our regular classes unaccompanied going forward!
