2 Day Class. Join Chef Jamey, from celebrated Highlands hotspot Lola, in this hands-on class as he takes you on a journey celebrating the wonderful world of Mexican cuisine! He’ll be instructing on the different skills and techniques needed to create these rich colorful menus, and explaining about the different ingredients and flavor profiles that are so characteristic of Mexican cooking as you cook up this feast, ideal for a south of the border fiesta! We’ll be cooking up a storm with dishes including fresh soup and salsas, traditional entrees, sides and desserts – straight from his restaurant! Ages 11 and up.

Pork with Black Beans,
Churros with Hot Chocolate Dipping Sauce.
Day 2 Menu:
Lola Signature Guacamole,
Roasted Corn and Chipotle Soup with Avocado and Cotija,
Huarches con Chorizo with Queso Fresco, Fresh Lola Salsas,
Garlic Shrimp with Mole Verde and Red Rice,
Mexican Wedding Cookies, Oaxaca Hot Chocolate with Whipped Cream.
