The region encompasses a host of traditional dishes, both familiar and exotic, with rich bold flavors, using fresh regional produce, herbs and spices. The chefs will learn the skills and techniques needed to create these delicious European classics, and find out how to reproduce them at home, so next time, dinner’s on them! Ages 11 and over.
