3 Day Class. In this class, we’ve got you covered – whatever the hour! Join Chef Dan as he leads a 3-day workshop taking you through the whole day and featuring each different meals, as he’ll be instructing on the techniques needed to create breakfast, lunch and dinner, and helping to inspire confidence so that you can create meals for your family at any time of the day. On Day 1, Chef will start by teaching leisurely breakfast and brunch favorites – from crepes to hollandaise, to burritos and bowls – then on Day 2, he will be instructing on how to make a number of creative light meals, that can be eaten either at home or on-the-go. Finally, on Day 3, we will be showing you how you can be Chef for the night in your own kitchen, with this steakhouse-inspired menu that is sure to impress family and friends. Ages 11 and up.
