Join Chef Dan as he instructs on how to make the most of your time in the kitchen, by planning your meals thoroughly and using a series of mix-and-match formulas to keep you on track and away from that drive-through! We think spending a little extra time in the kitchen is well worth it, and doubling up your proteins and planning to take your meals or lunches is the way forward when you are busy and on the move at work or school. We’ll show you the techniques needed to cook our fresh, flavorful yet simple menus, and how to customize them to create colorful and inspired dishes-on-the-go the next day. It’s the ultimate Make-and-Take!

Menu Includes:

Make: Flatiron Steak with Wild Mushroom Salsa, Cauliflower Risotto, Sauteed New Potatoes

Take: Add Mixed Greens, Scallions, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

Make: Crispy Skin Chicken, Tomatilla Salsa, Brown Basmati Rice, Roasted Butternut Squash

Take: Add Shredded Romaine, Avocado, Corn.

Make: Soaked Chicken Skewers, Thai Noodles and Tandoori Sauce
