This special 4-hour class will feature an introductory lecture from the very knowleadgable James Weiser, a local Mycologist, as well as a fascinating feature on how to create a suitable habitat to grow your own mushrooms at home! We will then be teaming up for a hands-on cooking class with Chef Dan, showcasing the different mushrooms available to us today in our stores and farmer’s markets, their preparation and a range of complementary flavor profiles.
