Come join us to learn the basics of sausage making and be able to take home some of your work to share with friends and family! In this hands-on class you will learn the scoop on the ingredients, equipment and techniques required to make your own home-made links. Chef Suzan will show you how to cut, grind, season, taste and stuff the sausages you will be making, as well as the safe practices for the procedure. Students will be taking samples of sausages home with you to cook and enjoy at home.
