He’ll be instructing on a number of different preparations that make the humble tomato centre stage – and showing you just how to get the very best from the number of varieties that we have at our disposal. This ‘culinary vegetable’ is generally used in savory dishes, thanks to its low sugar content, and features heavily in sauces, salads, but in this class, we’ll be making the tomato the star of the show and showing off it’s true versatility in the kitchen!
