We’ll be sampling wines to go along with a variety of party fare, and show you just what wines will bring out the best in your festive appetizers! Amy, our resident Wine Expert from Mayfair Liquors, will be uncorking a great selection of different wines to taste, which have been specially chosen to complement the flavors of party hors d’oeuvres at this time of year. We’ll team up to cook our dishes, then enjoy the food while tasting the accompanying wines and discovering different notes, aromas and characteristics of each under Amy’s expert tutelage.
