Sign up your dad, or better still, join him and enjoy some quality time in the kitchen together! In honor of Father’s Day, this class offers the ideal way for dad (and you) to hone his skills on the barbecue, and even learn how to smoke his own food. This class is designed to expand grilling techniques and discover the steps to fool-proof cooking outside with this seasonal menu, which includes delicious entrees in a number of different preparations. We’ll be teaching how to make some seriously manly food this summer and help to boost confidence while grilling with true style – plus you get to cook with one of the special men in your life! Kids ages 11-15 are welcome but must be accompanied by an enrolled adult, unless they are a previous student. Price is per person.
