Join Chef Dan for this sunny French-inspired Date Night! He will be exploring the traditional dishes of Provence and the Cote D’Azur, with its brilliant blue coastline, rolling green hills and glorious fields of lavender and instructing on the rich and delicious dishes of the area. The beautiful south of France is known for its fresh seasonal produce, with dishes highlighting plenty of olive oil, tomatoes, garlic and olives, and of course, delicious fish and seafood, cheese and wines – so we will be serving French reds and whites to complement our menu! Chef Dan will show you the techniques required to re-create them in your own home, so you can enjoy these French flavors that just sing with the season all year long!
