Everybody loves St. Paddy’s Day! In this class, ideal for a Date Night, Chef Dan will be taking the traditional ingredients that are so instrumental in Irish cuisine, and putting his own spin on them, creating modern contemporary dishes that still sing with rich local flavor and hearty goodness! He will be instructing on the skills and techniques required to make these authentic tasting dishes, and serving Guinness and complimentary beer to pair with dinner.
