The Basics of Bread Making

Nothing is as rewarding as making your own bread, and in this hands-on class, we’ll show you the various steps to successful baking at home. From the fundamentals of working with yeast, to the correct kneading and shaping techniques, Chef Kelly will guide you through the recipes with her easy and approachable style, so you can start to hone your talents as a baker, and cook with confidence and skill. You’ll learn how to adapt a basic dough recipe to create flavorful savory variations and sweet doughs.

Sun-dried Herb Focaccia;

Marble Rye;
