A must for all-baking enthusiasts! This continuation of our Baking at 5280 series is a more advanced class which builds on the basics learnt in our fundamentals workshop, and expands on additional skills and techniques to successful baking here in the beautiful Mile High City. Chef Kelly will instruct on the baking of a number of tarts, cakes and baked goods, and concentrate on techniques for pastry making, including shortcrust and pate a choux, to create light, crisp, flaky pastry – with no ‘soggy bottoms’ in sight! You can add these skills to your repertoire, and ensure your baking turns out truly delicious at altitude – every single time!
